Work Scope
- • Execution of foundation and structure in exposed concrete, including columns, screens, and stairs. Conventional reinforcement slab lightened by Styrofoam socks to optimize weight and insulation. Internal masonry in common block with interior plaster and floor screed; facade in Santa Fe brick, grid-type. It provides texture and ventilation. Classrooms are stuccoed and finished with type 1 vinyl paint, with finishes designed for institutional use.
