Work Scope

• • Execution of foundation and structure in exposed concrete, with embedding for tower crane; columns, screens, and stairs. Conventional reinforcement slab lightened by Styrofoam socks to optimize weight and insulation. Internal masonry in common block with Interior plastering and floor finishing. Facades executed in Santa Fe grid-style brick, which provides texture and ventilation to the building.
